The personal data are the candidates' contact details and all the relevant information for the position to be filled. Typically, these data include first and last name, phone number, email address, employer, industry and industry experience, position information, and department affiliation. In addition, further information can be processed, including data that is basically part of the curriculum vitae or career of the candidate. These include u.a. Birthdate and Place of Birth, Place of Residence, Career, Salary and Salary Requirements, Certificates and Qualifications Papers, Vaccine Aptitude Assessment, Xing and LinkedIn social media information, and other information from the Internet or social networks about you and all Data, which are made available from your hand for us.
The personal data will be collected as part of our search. On the one hand, DESPOVE receives this from communication with you in the form of email traffic, telephone calls, interviews, etc., and on the other hand through data provided by you in the context of social media such as Xing, LinkedIn, etc. In rare cases, we receive data from third parties or as part of a personal recommendation.
In all searches, DESPOVE attaches great importance to following the data protection principles mentioned above when processing the data. It goes without saying that only order-related data are used in this context and we explicitly point out that the processing of the data by DEPSPOVE serves only to fill the current and future search orders for our customers. As part of our work, the processing and use of data, etc. the following steps in our transparent search process: finding suitable candidates by commissioning our clients, using a local database to secure your personal data, sharing with you as candidates about potentially interesting jobs, evaluating your vacant position with regard to your suitability and vice versa, collusion and coordination from appointments between DESPOVE and you and / or between you and our customers for interviews, reviewing credentials and educational credentials, to storing data for targeted onboarding with the customer. For our clients, the storage of the data of their employees for the purpose of establishing contact and consultation or as a contact person of the customer and to operate the database applies with the corresponding customer information.

The use of the data in connection with contractual obligations between DESPOVE and its clients is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR. In addition, the legal obligations under the legal requirements apply here. Only the management and employees of DESPOVE have access to your personal data. For the highest security of the data, these are located on our local computers and local servers in the German area. As part of the communication via email, we have ensured that our servers and all data are stored only within the EU and have a correspondingly high level of protection. Only after your consent, we pass on data to our customers, which happens in terms of filling the vacant position. Your data will not be passed on to any other third party.
Upon the use of the data, we will be allowed to store the data until your withdrawal. In the case of missing feedback, the data will be deleted after completion of the search request. With revocation of the consent we delete your data acc. Art. 17 DSGVO immediately insofar as we have no statutory retention obligations pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 lit. e) have to take into account DSGVO. Only for documentation and proof purposes on our part and against the legislation, we will receive your name and surname as well as the email address.
